Olymp Royal Palace Dear Guests, Welcome to Olymp Royal Residence. We are delighted to host you and hope your stay will be relaxing, comfortable, and full of beautiful memories. To make sure everything runs smoothly, we kindly ask you to follow a few simple house rules during your stay. Check-in & Check-out Check-in and check-out times will be confirmed before your arrival. Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance so our team can welcome you properly and make sure everything is ready for you. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave the villa on time, unless a late check-out has been agreed in advance. Respect for the Villa This is a private luxury home, prepared with care for every guest. Please treat the villa, furniture, decoration, appliances, outdoor areas, and equipment with respect. In case something is broken, damaged, or not working properly, please inform us as soon as possible. We understand that accidents can happen, and early communication helps us solve things quickly. Quiet Hours To respect the peaceful atmosphere of the residence and the surrounding neighbours, we kindly ask guests to keep noise to a reasonable level, especially during evening and night hours. Loud music, shouting, or disturbing noise is not allowed late at night. Parties & Events Private gatherings, dinners, or celebrations may be possible only with prior approval from the management. Parties, events, DJs, outside guests, or entertainment services are not allowed unless they have been agreed in advance. This helps us protect the villa, respect the neighbours, and make sure everything is organised safely and professionally. Visitors Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight at the villa. If you would like to invite visitors during the day, please inform us in advance. This helps us maintain security and provide the best possible service. Smoking Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. Guests may smoke only in the outdoor areas, using the ashtrays provided. Please do not throw cigarette ends in the garden, pool area, or surrounding grounds. Pool & Outdoor Areas The swimming pool and outdoor areas are for your enjoyment. Please use them safely and responsibly. Children must be supervised at all times near the pool. Glassware should not be used around the pool area for safety reasons. Please use suitable outdoor glasses or cups when available. Towels & Linen Bathroom towels are for indoor use only. Please do not use them at the pool or beach. Pool towels, if provided, may be used outdoors. Lost or heavily damaged towels or linen may be charged separately. Cleaning The villa will be cleaned and prepared before your arrival. Additional cleaning, laundry, linen changes, and housekeeping services can be arranged upon request. Please let us know in advance if you would like extra service during your stay. Kitchen & Appliances Guests are welcome to use the kitchen and appliances with care. Please do not leave cooking unattended. Before leaving the villa or going to sleep, kindly make sure that ovens, hobs, candles, and other electrical appliances are switched off. Rubbish & Recycling Please place rubbish in the designated bins and avoid leaving food waste inside the villa for long periods, especially during warm weather. Our team will be happy to guide you regarding rubbish collection points if needed. Air Conditioning & Energy Use Please use air conditioning responsibly. When doors or windows are open, kindly switch off the air conditioning. Before leaving the villa, please make sure lights, air conditioning, and unnecessary electrical appliances are switched off. Pets Pets are allowed only if agreed in advance. If pets are accepted, guests are responsible for keeping the villa and outdoor areas clean and free from any damage. Security For your safety, please lock doors and windows when leaving the villa. Do not leave valuables unattended in outdoor areas. The management cannot be responsible for personal belongings that are lost, damaged, or left unsecured. Parking Please use the designated parking area and avoid blocking neighbouring properties, entrances, or access roads. Concierge & Assistance Our team is here to help you enjoy your stay. If you need assistance, recommendations, transfers, dining services, excursions, maintenance support, or anything else, please contact us. We kindly ask guests not to contact external contractors or service providers directly for villa-related issues without informing the management first. Departure Before check-out, please make sure personal belongings are collected, rubbish is placed in the bins, and the villa is left in a respectful condition. There is no need to deep-clean the house, but we kindly ask that it is left tidy and cared for.
